Fee
The billing model is agreed individually and on a case-by-case basis.
Initial consultation
The initial consultation is charged at a flat rate of EUR 180.00 including VAT. During the initial consultation, we will discuss the relevant facts and your options on a provisional basis. The consultation can take place in person at my office, by telephone or via video conference.
Fee
Fees will be explained during the initial consultation and agreed upon individually. Depending on the circumstances, various billing models may be considered when agreeing on fees:
- Billing based on hours worked at an hourly rate
- Agreement on a flat fee
- Billing in accordance with the Austrian Lawyers’ Fees Act (RATG) and the Austrian General Fee Criteria (AHK)
If you have legal expenses insurance, billing can also be arranged with the insurer.
